WALID
Adnan, You are the first on this site to laugh at our God when
you mocked with your words "Amazing Prophecies ??...." Are
you ready for another round with what our God said concerning
prophecy, I am ready for you, step forward, approach the bench,
and declare your reasons, indeed you hold on to nothing...
Step forward The Bethlehemite Shepherd boy is ready for your
big dumb Goliath I have prepared five smooth stones to lodge
into his brain
The first stone: Try to refute Ezekiel 26 prophecy concerning
Tyre. >>

DAR
Let me give the brief response to your pebble:

Ezekiel 26 says regarding Tyre:
...thou shalt be a place to spread nets upon; THOU SHALT BE
BUILT NO MORE: for I the LORD have spoken it,... I shall make thee
a desolate city, like the cities THAT ARE NOT INHABITED;... THAT
THOU BE NOT INHABITED; Ezek. 26: 14, 19, 20
THOU SHALT BE NO MORE THOUGH THOU BE SOUGHT FOR,
YET SHALT THOU NEVER BE FOUND AGAIN, saith the Lord God.
Ezek. 26: 21
Chapter 27 goes on:
The merchants among the people shall hiss at thee; thou shalt be a
terror, and NEVER SHALT BE ANY MORE. Ezek. 27:36

I called information. They told me that the number to call for
directory assistance for Tyre is: #011961. The specific city code
for Tyre is #7. An atlas I looked in shows a mainland airport. My
encyclopedia gives a population of 23,000 for Tyre. My JW
"Insight on the Scriptures" has a nice aerial photo of the
peninsula. Lots of buildings and you can see the boats in the
harbor. Would you like a copy of the picture?

Ezekiel's prophecy fails.

I hope your other four stones are better.

TILL
Somehow, I have gotten the impression that Walid lives somewhere in the
Middle East. If so, he should know that Tyre still exists. Of course, I
suppose he will resort to that old inerrantist dodge that claims that Tyre
has never been rebuilt to its former glory, but that isn't what Ezekiel
said. He said that Yahweh would make it a "bare rock" (26:14) and that it
would "be built no more" (26:14) and that it would "no more have any being"
and though it would be sought for, it would "never be found again" (26:24;
27:36).
