reason for that - I don't know enough about them.

I suppose that Dave thinks nothing at all about the fact that, by his own
admission, he is accepting and rejecting biblical books that he really
doesn't know enough about to make such a judgment. I understand that
Christians will do this without thinking, because I did it myself. However,
when the folly of this finally dawned on me, my view of the Bible changed
dramatically. As many times as Dave has had this pointed out to him, I
wonder why he can't see the stupidity of believing that books are inspired
of God just because church councils centuries ago selected them as the only
ones, of many candidates, that were inspired.
