BASSAM
Metaphore again
DAR
Well there we have it. The Bible says it, but it doesn't mean it, and
somehow Bassam is aware of this. Not inhabited is a metaphor for
inhabited?
How funny.
...thou shalt be a place to spread nets upon; THOU SHALT BE
BUILT NO MORE: for I the LORD have spoken it,... I shall make thee
a desolate city, like the cities THAT ARE NOT INHABITED;... THAT
THOU BE NOT INHABITED; Ezek. 26: 14, 19, 20
Can you imagine what they would be saying if it really WAS NOT
INHABITATED!? They want to have it both ways!
DAR
> Thus, the bible predicted:
> "thou shalt be built no more" Ezek. 26:14
> But it was.
BASS
No it was not:
DAR
Yes. Every time, no exceptions, people have rebuilt and reinhabitated
Tyre. You are simply, totally, completely, flat, wrong.
BASS quotes:
Nina Jidejian in here book Tyre through the
ages, dar al mashriq publishers, Beirut, 1969 says: "Tyre
the lady of the sees and the cinter of the trading world at
its time, hs gone FOR GOOD!! the fisher men has put ther
nets on its old historical stons. The stons of the great
Tyre are nowdays to be found in Beirut, 'akron, but the old
Tyre hase fallin. There is nothing left of it exe[t few
stons"
DAR
Stones, buildings, boats, children, churches, telephones, an airport
etc.. Oh, and a total of about 23,000+ people.
I am enjoying this.
I love the Tryian people, I wish I could buy a boat from them and take
it out to our lake. I would call the boat "FAILED BIBLE PROPHECY
1". Maybe put MADE IN TYRE on the side.
I don't see anything else in Bassam's post worthy of further
comment.
cheers,
Darrel.
