Basics

Since there seem to be very few Christians on this list at this time, and the
debating is basically nil, I was wondering if the knowledgable non-xtians
could give some basic -and I mean very basic and short-rebuttles to the most
common misconceptions in the Bible.
I am relatively new to this list and never read the scriptures (because I
don't believe any of that stuff), but I work with several fundamentalist
xtians and would like to have a quick come-back to their "holier than thou"
rantings.
I am afraid I can't give exact examples. I just need some ammo for
arguments.
You know:
what the Bible says about homosexuality, abortion, marriage, out-of-marriage
sex,
etc.
I realize that I'm not being very clear but...I'd appreciate any response.

BTW-where in the hell is Darrel?
