Gee, there's no rationality on this list is there? (at least not
before I arrived). Does your religion of Atheism see some Virtue
in modesty?

Fine, we'll see.

Fine, in your case. If your religion requires others to conform
to some arbitrary standard you picked whimsically, then it's no
better than any of the other odd religions devised by mankind.
**Common courtesy requires that one respect the customs of others
unless there are compelling reasons not to do so.** A society of
mindless robots who think and act alike is not desirable to me,
or to many others capable of thinking for themselves.
This is one of the many common errors appearing on this list.
What difference does it make who said what? Do you have any idea
of the truth value of human testimony?
Saint Peter:
The moon, being green cheese, attracts large alien rats.
Charles Manson:
The moon, being green cheese, attracts large alien rats.
Albert Einstein:
The moon, being green cheese, attracts large alien rats.
Now, is the truth value of this statement changed by the
identification label placed on it? The truth value of
concepts and statements cannot be determined by the source
of the person making them.
